Cacciotti Legal PLLC

Chad Cacciotti is a native of Texas born and raised in Deer Park. He graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in 1997 with a B.S. in Geography/Environmental Science. After working for a law firm for approximately one year as a runner in Houston, Texas, Mr. Cacciotti moved to Fort Worth, Texas to attend law school at Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now known as Texas A&M University School of Law) where he met his wife. He graduated from law school in 2001 receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas that same year.

 

Mr. Cacciotti began his legal career working for Brotherton Law Firm in Denton County, Texas as an associate practicing civil litigation and later became a partner of the firm. He worked at Brotherton Law Firm for about 6 years and then started Cacciotti Legal in 2007 after he and his wife decided to settle in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Cacciotti is committed to his family, his church and his legal practice.

 

Mr. Cacciotti is licensed to practice law in Texas and has additionally been admitted to practice law in the Northern and Eastern Federal District Courts. Mr. Cacciotti’s primary practice of law is in the areas of entity formation and consulting, business litigation, estate and business succession planning and probate.

Mr. Cacciotti is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.​ Additionally, he has been named as a Top Attorney in Tarrant County for Business/Commercial Law featured in Fort Worth Magazine since 2017.
